DearEmployee seeks to increase wellness in companies by assessing the workplace through detailed surveys, and suggesting solutions to management for more productive and happier employees.
For this project, I designed the logo — two people interacting, forming a smile — and created a graphic identity reflecting ideas of connection, trusted diagnostics, and a friendly / caring demeanor.
